Role Overview

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee the site's quality and food safety processes. Your duties will include directing HACCP and TACCP programs, supporting BRCGS and customer audits, ensuring GMP, SOP, hygiene, and food safety standards on the production floor, and leading internal audits with corrective measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HACCP and TACCP initiatives and assist with BRCGS and customer audit processes.
• Maintain adherence to GMP, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety protocols in production.
• Perform internal audits, analyze compliance data, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage quality records, conduct traceability exercises, and enforce production quality checks.
• Support and mentor teams to instill a robust food safety culture throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in quality or technical management within food manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, GMP, and food safety frameworks.
• Proven experience managing audits and corrective action processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently in a high-paced manufacturing setting.
