  • Write and refine press releases, ensuring legal approval is obtained before publication.
  • Maintain journalist relationships through meetings and communications to explore story opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to media inquiries by providing authorized responses and organizing interviews.
  • Analyze engagement metrics from media and social channels to gauge campaign success and audience reach.
  • Organize logistics for press events, including speaker preparation and issuing media invites.

Required Skills and Tools

  • Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Apple Final Cut Pro, and iMovie.
  • Experience using office productivity suites including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Corel WordPerfect.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), content management systems like WordPress, and web tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver.
