Job Overview

The Proposal Manager (Mechanical) is tasked with overseeing and directing the end-to-end proposal and tender submission process. The goal is to produce competitive, compliant, and high-standard proposals aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations.

Key Duties

  • Lead the creation and execution of strategic proposals that meet company goals and client needs.

  • Manage client clarifications and tender inquiries throughout the proposal process.
  • Identify potential risks within proposals and devise strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain effective estimating and proposal procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.

Experience Requirements

  • At least eight years’ relevant experience in proposal management, cost estimation, tendering, or cost engineering in the construction or engineering sectors.

  • Experience with GCC-based projects is highly desirable.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline required.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or allied fields is preferred.
