Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Property Manager to join a prominent organisation overseeing an extensive and varied commercial property portfolio located in Dublin, North Dublin. This role demands a proactive professional who will ensure seamless management and oversight of assets within the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct annual property inspections to assess site conditions.
- Produce reports pertaining to compliance standards and tenant responsibilities.
- Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance tasks effectively.
- Assist in the auditing of suppliers to maintain quality and compliance.
- Maintain accuracy in all property documentation and asset management records.
- Support initiatives focused on sustainability and energy efficiency management.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in managing commercial property assets.
- Familiarity with asset management software is advantageous.
- Knowledge or exposure to sustainability practices or energy management is desirable.
- A valid full, clean Irish driving licence is mandatory.
