Property Management Coordinator

Job Overview

The Property Management Coordinator will collaborate with the team to manage the daily operations of a portfolio comprising 65 properties. This role focuses on maintaining high tenant satisfaction levels while overseeing building maintenance and financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster and sustain positive relationships with tenants by promptly addressing their concerns and fulfilling their requirements.
• Manage the daily functions of property operations, including repair work, maintenance, and property inspections.
• Formulate and execute effective solutions to challenges related to buildings and tenants.
• Utilize internal property management software to log and monitor work orders accurately.
• Collaborate and coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors proficiently.
• Organize and oversee scheduled maintenance, repair tasks, and major capital enhancement projects.

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Demonstrated ability to organize effectively and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience or familiarity with property management software alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
• Problem-solving skills combined with meticulous attention to detail and a tenant-focused outlook.
• Understanding of building systems, maintenance operations, and construction methods.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
