About the Role
Join WSP New Zealand as a Property Consultant based in the South Island regional offices including Greymouth, Nelson, Blenheim, Dunedin, or Invercargill. This role involves working on various acquisition, disposal, and legalisation projects, aiming to deliver exemplary results for our clients. You will engage with complex property matters, collaborating within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
As a Property Consultant, you will manage multiple projects related to valuation, property law, and government property matters while becoming a trusted advisor. You will work closely with property owners and professionals, preparing detailed reports and driving solutions that meet client needs.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a relevant tertiary qualification in property, legal studies, or a related field.
- Have at least three years’ professional experience within property or legal disciplines.
- Familiarity with legislative frameworks such as the Public Works Act, Local Government Act, and Reserves Act is beneficial.
- Exhibit excellent report-writing abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Be capable of independent work and team collaboration within regional property groups.
- Show creativity and problem-solving aptitude in addressing challenges.
