Projects Manager

Overview

The Projects Manager will lead project and technical teams through all phases including tendering, execution, procurement, and project handover. This role requires ensuring compliance with Saudi Engineering codes and managing multiple aspects of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute projects adhering to Saudi Engineering standards and regulations.
• Effectively resolve project conflicts and disagreements.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure targets are met.
• Continuously track and monitor project deliverables for quality and progress.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders and team members regarding project status.
• Guide, coach, and support project team members in completing assigned tasks efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in construction and real estate sectors.
• Demonstrate experience specifically with mixed-use and residential developments.
• Exhibit strong business insight particularly in project planning and management.
• Possess excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational capabilities.
