Primary Responsibilities

In this key position, you will manage the entire construction lifecycle, ensuring projects are planned and executed efficiently. Key duties include scheduling and supervising main contractor activities to meet deadlines and budget requirements, assigning tasks based on qualifications, monitoring compliance with building and safety regulations, preparing detailed progress reports, and collaborating regularly with other Development department teams to address any project-related challenges.

Qualifications and Skills

Eligible candidates hold a university degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and bring over ten years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD is essential, alongside fluency in English.
