About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Planner to become part of our Project Controls team specializing in the successful execution of complex EPCM projects throughout all phases. This position involves close cooperation with multidisciplinary teams to create, sustain, and assess project schedules ensuring coherence between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. You will support our clients from early business opportunity identification and front-end evaluation through to execution, commissioning, and ongoing operational phases such as performance optimization and project closure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update project schedules at the EPCM level utilizing tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Work alongside engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning departments to synchronize timelines and resource allocation.
• Regularly visit project sites to observe and verify progress, detect risks and trends, and suggest mitigation measures.
• Evaluate and validate contractor schedules, including assessments of time extension claims.
• Deliver precise and timely forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to relevant stakeholders.
• Produce timely planning inputs and analyses using project reporting tools such as Synchro 4D and Power BI.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and implement planning best practices within the team.

Candidate Profile

• Possess more than 10 years of experience within EPCM project environments, demonstrating deep knowledge of planning and project management methodologies.
• Experienced in managing extensive, complex multidisciplinary projects where coordinating dependencies and milestones is essential amidst challenging conditions.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office applications, and adept at working within fast-paced, cross-functional, and geographically spread teams.
• Strong communicator capable of clearly presenting project data and insights to various stakeholders.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and provide leadership to ensure quality deliverables.
• Hold relevant academic or professional qualifications in engineering, project management, or related fields.
