Role Overview

This permanent, full-time position offers the chance to grow expertise in project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and project control within the civil engineering and infrastructure domain. Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain project schedules utilizing tools such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, MS Project, or comparable software.
  • Develop baseline plans, short-term forecasts, and update progress reports aligning with project demands.
  • Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, site personnel, commercial teams, and subcontractors to consolidate planning data.
  • Track project advancement relative to plans, highlighting any delays, risks, or impacts on schedules.
  • Generate clear progress and planning reports for internal discussions and client communications.
  • Assist in coordinating design, procurement, subcontractor, and construction tasks within the project timeline.
