Position Overview
This role encompasses leading and managing projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring timely completion within defined scope and budgets. The position involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders at various levels, and aligning project outcomes with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and track project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects under larger strategic programs, overseeing dependencies and aligning with business priorities.
- Facilitate project coordination activities by organizing meetings, preparing documentation, tracking tasks and risks, and maintaining detailed project records.
- Engage with business leaders, clients, and project teams to communicate progress, address issues, and manage expectations effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and issues, create mitigation strategies, monitor resource utilization, and support change management processes to resolve challenges.
- Prepare comprehensive reports including status updates and performance dashboards, evaluate outcomes for continuous improvement, and support project governance standards.

- Proven leadership and organizational abilities with strong aptitude for project planning and coordination.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capacities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
- Capacity to oversee multiple responsibilities and projects concurrently.
Educational Background & Experience
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, IT, Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or related fields. Experience in project or program management, project coordination, business operations, stakeholder management, and process improvement is highly valued. Entry-level applicants are welcome primarily for Project Coordinator roles.
Technical Proficiency
- Competent in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, and Smartsheet.
- Skilled in business and collaboration tools including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Visio.
Preferred Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- PRINCE2 (Foundation or Practitioner)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
