Project Manager

About the Role

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and ensure the successful execution of digital transformation and technology initiatives. In this position, you will collaborate closely with business units, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule, within defined scope, and budget limits.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of technology and digital projects from initial planning to implementation and ongoing support.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate efforts of cross-disciplinary teams including business users, developers, architects, QA specialists, infrastructure and security personnel, and vendors.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project progress updates, workshops, and Agile ceremonies.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and handle change management requests effectively.
• Supervise vendor performance to ensure milestones are met on time.
• Assist in gathering business requirements, planning solutions, executing testing phases such as SIT and UAT, deploying projects, and managing post-implementation support.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, dashboards, reports, RAID logs, and other governance artifacts.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, security policies, and project governance protocols.
• Drive continuous improvements in project delivery, operational workflows, and stakeholder collaboration.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum five years of project management experience, particularly in ICT or digital transformation projects.
• Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven expertise in managing projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on government or public sector projects.
• Exposure to digital transformation programs.
• Involvement with cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, GCC).
• Expertise in enterprise application delivery and system integrations.
• Product delivery and change management experience.
• Knowledge of procurement and contract management.
• Background in cybersecurity or compliance-related projects.
• Possession of professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, ITIL, or CITPM is highly desirable.
