Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience managing projects in rural electrification, RDSS (Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Vidyutikaran Yojana), DDUGJY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana), solar power, and hydropower sectors. This role demands a professional with at least 10 to 20 years overall experience, including a minimum of 10 years in a lead project manager capacity.
The position is based in Kolkata and offers a competitive salary package along with benefits.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex projects in rural electrification and renewable energy sectors including solar and hydropower projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders and teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Implement project planning, scheduling, and control measures to optimize performance.
Requirements
- B.Tech or B.E. degree in Energy and Power Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven minimum 10 years experience as a head project manager with a total of 10 to 20 years in the field.
- Strong knowledge and prior experience with rural electrification projects, RDSS, DDUGJY, solar, and hydropower initiatives.
Compensation
The offered salary ranges from 900,000 to 1,500,000 INR per annum, with additional benefits.
