Position Overview

IDR, Inc. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver technology initiatives remotely for their leading client. The role focuses on managing project delivery within an expanding PMO by establishing governance, processes, and overseeing the execution of multifaceted projects involving automation and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and ensure successful execution of project deliveries.
Lead onboarding of project responsibilities, develop and manage project plans, and ensure timely completion.
Implement foundational PMO processes, proper documentation, and governance frameworks in an evolving environment.
Maintain order and clarity in fast-paced projects incorporating automation and AI solutions.
Enable efficient decision-making, enforce governance policies, and upkeep project artifacts independently.

Required Qualifications and Skills

At least 4 years of experience handling multiple large-scale enterprise projects with moderate to high risk.
Minimum 2 years of direct experience in delivering, coordinating, and governing substantial project initiatives.
Proficiency with project management and tracking tools like Smartsheets, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
Exceptional organizational abilities to navigate complex matrix organizations, resolve dependencies, and promote collaboration across teams.
