Project Manager

About the Role

Emydex Technology is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, allocation of resources, leadership, and successful delivery of customer change requests within specified deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. This role entails managing a small implementation team of one to three software developers to ensure resource efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee change request budgets, tracking expenses and costs versus deliverables alongside the Head of PMO.
• Coordinate project timelines and allocate resources across multiple customer change requests.
• Lead and motivate project teams and both internal and external contributors to achieve project milestones.
• Develop contingency plans to guarantee timely delivery as per change request schedules.
• Organize and document client meetings regularly.
• Drive active change request management supporting monthly revenue goals.
• Prepare monthly invoicing and supporting documentation.
• Monitor and analyze issues related to change requests.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and provide necessary coaching to team members.
• Develop monthly resource schedules aligned with delivery commitments.
• Ensure quality assurance and maintain the integrity of all delivered change requests.
• Manage third-party suppliers involved in change requests as required.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders.
• Supervise customer change request tickets logged via the support portal.
• Document customer requirements, technical specifications, and best practice guidelines.
• Report progress routinely to the company's Technical Director.

Candidate Profile & Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in Project or Programme Management using recognized methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders including application developers and third-party vendors is preferred.
• Ability to oversee projects across different locations is advantageous.
• Strong competency in budget control and resource allocation processes.
• Capability to foster a collaborative team environment among diverse team members.
• Knowledge of the Food (Meat) processing industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with C# and SQL technologies is desirable.
