Role Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Project Management Intern to support the organization and documentation of client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication in a growing consultancy. This position offers practical consulting exposure rather than routine tasks, placing you near the core of a lean and accountable consultancy’s operations.

• Monitor deliverables, timelines, and pending action items for ongoing client projects
• Keep project trackers and status documentation updated using tools like Notion, Asana, or similar platforms
• Organize scheduling and coordinate follow-ups among founders, clients, and contractors
• Assist in crafting recurring client status reports and internal progress updates
• Support implementation of new internal projects, including the AI Readiness Audit product
• Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or scope creep early to prevent client-facing issues

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a program related to business, management, communications, or a comparable discipline
• Excellent organizational skills with a habit of documenting and following up rather than relying on memory
• Effective and professional written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, asynchronous work environment
• Strong interest in consulting, revenue operations, GTM strategies, or startup business operations

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with project management software such as Asana, Notion, Trello, or ClickUp
• Academic background or enthusiasm for B2B SaaS, sales operations, or management consulting
• Exposure to client-services or agency work environments
