Project Delivery Manager

Role overview

This role offers the chance to take on varied technical delivery challenges for customers while contributing to a team that supports the latest solutions in the energy sector. The position focuses on driving project execution, accountability for profit and loss, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction through effective coordination of project work and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Build project plans so implementation steps, work packages, and constraints are properly incorporated.
• Track execution closely and prepare reliable forecasts and progress updates.
• Make sure related teams have access to current reports and projections, and that customers receive the necessary reporting.
• Guide functional managers and other teams on the methods, processes, and procedures used in your area.
• Communicate with colleagues and the wider business on approaches to solving complex issues.
• Lead medium-sized projects or contribute significantly to larger initiatives.
• Work on objectives that generally run for 3 to 6 months, with outcomes typically showing up 2 to 12 months later.

What you need to bring

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma/GED plus at least 4 years of project management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in project planning.
• Prior exposure to the wellhead industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence others and guide small teams.
• Experience leading initiatives with moderate scope and impact.
• Capability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time.
• Good problem identification and solution skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
