Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to become part of our expanding construction team. In this role, you will be pivotal in steering construction projects from start through completion, collaborating closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet stringent quality criteria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project managers with detailed planning, scheduling, and budget management tasks.
  • Work alongside contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate timely and economically efficient project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as timelines, contracts, and change orders.
  • Continuously monitor progress and inform project managers about milestones and potential challenges.
  • Coordinate project team efforts to achieve timely and cost-effective task completion.
  • Manage and track expenses, providing regular financial updates.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a closely related discipline.
