Role Overview

The Programme Facilitator will be based at Drombana Residential in County Limerick, working 35 hours per week under a permanent contract. The key objective is to encourage independent living and community integration for people with disabilities by facilitating educational, developmental, recreational, and occupational programs tailored to each individual's needs and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement person-centered programs that address the needs of service users as identified through Person-Centred Planning, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Act as a key worker by supporting individuals through the Person-Centred Planning process, identifying goals and necessary supports, and keeping relevant records.
• Assist individuals and groups in engaging with their community by leading activities and relevant programs.
• Adhere to all organizational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Rehab Enterprises and the Rehab Group at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least a QQI Level 5 qualification in Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong familiarity with New Directions and community-based programs.
• Understanding of intellectual disabilities and mental health challenges.
• A minimum of one year working experience in a related setting, including experience in facilitating and implementing person-centered plans.

Compensation and Application Details

The salary range starts from 33,217.35 (Point 1) up to 35,924.82 (Point 13), paid pro rata and negotiable based on qualifications and experience. Applications close on Wednesday, 26th August 2026.
