Role overview

ISCA Academy is looking for a meticulous and proactive Professional Development Specialist to help run and expand its programme portfolio. This role combines course administration, partner coordination, outreach support, documentation control, and operational follow-through to keep academic programmes running smoothly.

Strategic and innovation support

  • Assist with feasibility assessments and trial programmes, including implementation and review support.

Programme delivery and administration

  • Oversee course operations from start to finish, including scheduling, enrolment monitoring, and trainer coordination.
