Role Overview
The Production Supervisor will oversee the daily manufacturing activities and manage the production team to meet quality, safety, and output goals. This role demands coordination with multiple departments to maintain smooth operations and effective discipline within the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily production process along with supervising the workforce.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, maintain product quality, and meet scheduled production targets.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch, inventory management, and accounting departments for operational alignment.
- Enforce workplace discipline and report performance and issues directly to the management team.
Work Schedule
This position requires working 24-hour rotational shifts to cover all production hours adequately.
