Production Operator

Job Overview

This role involves carrying out designated tasks under the supervision of seasoned staff to develop the experience and knowledge necessary for advancement into management roles. The candidate will receive hands-on training across multiple departments to understand both line and staff operations, management perspectives, and the organization's policies and practices. Observing experienced employees aids in learning the methods, procedures, and quality standards essential for departmental functions.

Requirements

• Possess an ITE certificate or Diploma qualification.
• Have between three to five years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in using computers, including MS Word and Excel.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin languages.
