Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Support and oversee the daily operational functions of the laundry facility.
• Coordinate the daily production workflow and related administrative tasks within the laundry plant.
• Manage customer orders through their entire lifecycle, promptly address inquiries, and handle any feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as a liaison among production teams, clients, and external suppliers to maintain seamless operations.
• Compile reports, keep meticulous records, and undertake additional administrative responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Applicants should possess at least an NITEC certification, GCE O-Level, or an equivalent qualification; no prior work experience is necessary.
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are expected.
• The role demands a 44-hour weekly commitment based on a six-day rotating roster with alternating morning and afternoon shifts; rest days vary and are assigned according to the shift schedule.
