Role Overview

This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in production and is ideal for individuals seeking to develop their skills quickly. The role involves leading simple shoots, aiding larger productions, and maintaining the studio environment utilized daily by creators. It serves as a stepping stone to more advanced production roles within NewForm, welcoming candidates eager to progress professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage straightforward, lower-risk shoots from start to finish, focusing on lo-fi and mobile-generated UGC content.
• Provide support on larger production sets, including setting up camera, lighting, and audio apparatus, as well as ensuring smooth on-set operations.
• Maintain the studio and office spaces to be well-stocked, orderly, camera-ready, and hospitable for creators.
• Assist with scheduling, logistics, and preparation for shoots.
• Source props, wardrobe, and other production materials.
• Organize and manage footage and production assets post-shoot.
• Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during production.

Qualifications

• Keen enthusiasm for content production, filmmaking, or creative/social marketing.
• Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
• Readiness to learn on set and contribute to various tasks, including daily space maintenance.
• Familiarity with cameras, lighting, audio devices, or editing software is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience from internships, freelance projects, or student film work is beneficial yet not essential.
