Job Overview

We seek a detail-driven, highly organized Product Manager to join our product team. This person excels at translating business requirements into precise, actionable product specifications and driving development projects from inception to completion. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, clear documentation, and agile project management rather than high-level product strategy. Expect to utilize artificial intelligence extensively in your work, heralding the next generation of AI-assisted product management.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user research to collect, analyze, and document comprehensive business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Compose detailed evaluations, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical specs to guide development.
Maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features by business impact, user insights, and technical constraints.
Lead end-to-end management of software development initiatives using Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, quality assurance, and other teams to ensure accurate requirement implementation.
Monitor timelines, identify risks, track dependencies and blockers; provide frequent progress reports and proactively address issues.
Oversee user acceptance testing, gather feedback, and facilitate smooth feature launches.
Perform light data analytics and competitive research to validate feature effectiveness and assess product performance post-release.
Contribute to the overall product roadmap, continually enhancing documentation standards and delivery processes.

Essential Qualifications

Between 4 and 6 years of experience in product management, product or business analysis, project management, or similar roles with a strong preference for tech and SaaS environments.
Demonstrated expertise in writing clear, thorough requirements and user stories that lead to successful development outcomes.
Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Practical experience using project management and documentation tools, especially Github and Notion.
Academic background with a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or comparable professional experience.
