Role overview
This position sits at the center of shaping real estate offerings that are commercially strong, thoughtfully designed, and aligned with the organization’s long-term direction as well as shifting market demand.
Core responsibilities
- Conceptualize and refine product ideas by balancing functionality, market direction, and customer expectations.
- Track developments in the residential and commercial real estate markets of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Study buyer and customer behavior, then convert the findings into practical product enhancements.
- Set out detailed technical and visual specifications for each product.
- Oversee the full product development journey from early concept stage through final execution.
- Work closely with internal teams and outside specialists to move projects forward.
- Review design and construction work to ensure it follows the approved concept and meets quality expectations, while suggesting improvements where needed.
- Provide sales and marketing teams with accurate, consistent product details and positioning information.
- Uphold internal product benchmarks and maintain well-structured data for use in future developments.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is strategic, imaginative, and highly attentive to detail. You should be comfortable transforming research into actionable outcomes and leading ideas from initial thinking through to delivery.
Education and experience
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Management, or Architecture is required. The role expects at least 5 years of experience in real estate, preferably in sales, marketing, or analytics, with exposure to residential and/or commercial projects in the business, premium, or luxury segments. In addition, a minimum of 3 years should have been spent in a similar product-related role.
Tools and technical capabilities
Strong ability in graphic editing software is needed, along with working knowledge of MS Project and Excel. These tools should be used for research, sketching, and preparing well-founded recommendations.
