Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the overarching product vision and strategy for a mature communications platform.
Analyze market dynamics, customer requirements, and new potential business avenues to facilitate product growth.
Convert validated product ideas and hypotheses into a well-structured, prioritized roadmap.
Work jointly with business units, engineers, and customer-facing teams to advance key product projects.
Engage with engineering teams to influence technical decisions and product architecture design.
Establish and lead a high-performing product team aligned to strategic goals.
Lead creation of new products while enhancing existing offerings continuously.

Qualifications and Experience

Demonstrable leadership in managing complex B2B technology products or platforms.
Expertise in Product Discovery, product roadmap planning, and strategic formulation.
Strong technical acumen facilitating effective collaboration with software engineers.
Experience in setting long-range product visions and steering critical strategic initiatives.
Proven capability to navigate uncertainties and launch new products or business sectors successfully.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities across customers, executives, and technical teams.
Desirable background in communications platforms, CPaaS, messaging, voice tech, or analogous fields.
Fluency in Russian and English at a professional level (minimum B2).
