SnapFind is an early-stage startup building a freelancing platform designed to help companies get their requirements fulfilled quickly. The platform operates with a freelancer network of more than 1,000 professionals working on a commission-based model.
Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site Product Designer role focused on B2B SaaS products. The position calls for someone who can handle the design process from discovery through delivery and create polished, easy-to-use product experiences for complex workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of the complete product design process, including UX research, user journey mapping, wireframing, and final UI execution.
- Create user-friendly experiences for sophisticated B2B SaaS workflows.
- Convert user needs and business goals into simple, effective interface solutions.
- Help develop and maintain design systems that support consistency and growth.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers from early idea stage through launch.
- Review, test, and refine designs using user input and product data.
- Ensure a strong standard of visual design and interaction quality.
Working schedule
The role follows a 5-day work week.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is INR 12,00,000 to INR 20,00,000.
Eligibility
Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience, preferably in product design for B2B SaaS companies. Candidates from design-focused educational backgrounds such as BDes or MDes are preferred.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on product design experience in B2B SaaS products.
- Strong portfolio with detailed case studies demonstrating product design work for quality B2B SaaS products.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end design work, from research and workflow definition to wireframes and final UI.
- Practical experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe.
- Background in a B2B SaaS product company is expected.
