Role Significance

The Product Designer will be crucial in creating user-centered, AI-enhanced workflows that simplify the complex landscape of immigration law. Key Responsibilities

• Design seamless AI-powered user interfaces that facilitate interaction with Alma’s AI agents and legal processes.
• Manage the full design lifecycle including research, wireframing, and developing high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate intensively with product managers and engineering teams to accurately implement designs.
• Develop scalable and consistent design systems to maintain a unified visual identity across the platform.
• Operate in a fast-moving startup culture requiring rapid iteration and responsiveness to feedback.

Candidate Profile

• Experience designing UI/UX specifically for AI-powered applications, with an ability to craft intuitive experiences for complex agentic workflows.
• Attention to detail combined with a systems-thinking approach balancing overall vision and micro-level precision.
• Adaptability to a startup setting with readiness to multitask, act swiftly, and refine designs continuously.
• Strong skills in visual and interaction design, capable of converting complex workflows into elegant and user-friendly interfaces.
• Proficient in Figma and modern digital design tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in legaltech, fintech, or regulated sectors design.
• Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms or consumer-centric web applications.
• Basic understanding of front-end development concepts (optional).
