About the Role
FairPrice Group is looking for a proactive and result-focused Product Delivery Manager to enhance its Front Office Solutions team. This position provides a unique chance to spearhead the deployment of innovative and scalable technologies within the retail domain. The successful candidate will have a history of delivering complex transformation projects, particularly within retail, and demonstrate deep knowledge of front office systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete delivery lifecycle of front office, retail, and checkout solutions from concept through launch and post-implementation.
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budget constraints, quality expectations, and strategic goals.
- Manage vendor and partner evaluation, selection, onboarding, and continuous performance monitoring.
- Drive the rollout of advanced retail technologies including payment integrations, customer tracking mechanisms, and AI-driven personalization and engagement tools.
- Support pilot programs and scale-up initiatives to increase solution adoption and impact.
- Engineer smooth integration between front office solutions and enterprise systems such as ERP, data platforms, promotional systems, and AI to optimize automation and efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, leveraging strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience delivering customer-focused and in-store technology solutions including POS, store applications, loyalty programs, payments, mobile apps, and emerging retail technologies.
- Track record of managing multiple vendors, offshore teams, and stakeholders while ensuring delivery excellence and service quality.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities with capability to handle ambiguous situations and drive issues to resolution.
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in technology delivery, program management, or digital transformation, preferably within retail, consumer, hospitality, or customer-facing sectors.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills to manage complex delivery environments involving multiple teams.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving transformation initiatives and maintain structured approaches to project management.
