Job Overview
Join Gratitude India, a global leader in technology and consulting, as a Procurement Specialist fluent in Russian. This role involves managing complete procurement cycles and purchase order creation for international clients, ensuring smooth vendor interactions and supply chain validation. Communication in Russian is essential to maintain vendor relations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end procurement activities and generate purchase orders for global clientele.
- Validate supply chain processes and address vendor inquiries effectively.
- Maintain clear and fluent communication in Russian language.
- Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), particularly during night shifts.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Supply Chain Management (SCM) focused on procurement.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Russian.
- Strong knowledge of purchase requisition and purchase order procedures.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Experience in managing and complying with SLAs within a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to work in rotating night shifts.

Compensation ranges between 600000 and 700000 INR annually.
