Role Overview

Isha LIFE is looking for a Procurement Officer with experience across home décor, handcrafted products, personal care items, and jewellery sourcing. The role requires someone who can work with vendors and artisans, assess product quality, and make buying decisions that balance design appeal, cost, availability, and scale.

Craft & Home Décor Procurement

• Source handcrafted goods and home décor products with an understanding of artisan and vendor networks.
• Evaluate quality details carefully and account for the nuances involved in handmade and decorative products.
• Make sourcing choices that align aesthetics, pricing, and scalability.

Personal Care Procurement

• Source personal care products or the raw materials and packaging used to produce them.
• Work with supplier capabilities, quality checks, and regulatory expectations.
• Keep consumer trends and cost structures in mind while identifying suitable sources.

Jewellery Procurement: Gold & Silver

• Handle procurement of gold and silver, including practical knowledge of industrial metals and price fluctuations.
• Understand pricing methods, purity norms, and market movement in precious metals.
• Build and manage supplier relationships while negotiating terms effectively.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and overall cost efficiency in procurement decisions.
• Be familiar with product specifications, quality benchmarks, and supplier ecosystems in the jewellery domain.
