About the Role

EXPERIA LIVE is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end procurement process utilizing Odoo ERP, ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery of products and services. This role requires someone with solid procurement expertise, strong negotiation capabilities, and practical experience working with Odoo ERP.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire procurement workflow from Purchase Requisition to issuance of Purchase Orders and supplier delivery monitoring.
  • Identify, assess, and negotiate with suppliers to guarantee optimal value, quality, and delivery conditions.
  • Prepare and manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs), quotations, purchase orders, and related supplier paperwork.
  • Keep track of purchase orders and ensure goods and services are delivered punctually.
  • Maintain updated supplier records and all procurement documentation.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Warehouse, and Project teams to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
  • Monitor procurement budgets and assist in initiatives aimed at cost optimization.
  • Generate procurement reports and evaluate supplier performance.

Odoo ERP Experience (Mandatory)

  • Proficiency using Odoo ERP modules, including Purchase, Vendor Management, RFQ management, Purchase Order processing, and approval workflows.
  • Ability to produce procurement analytics and maintain master data within Odoo.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional procurement experience.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Odoo ERP Procurement Module is mandatory.
  • Preferred background in project-based procurement.
  • Experience within sectors such as events, construction, marketing, or professional services is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic language skills are a strong benefit.
