Overview

Setters Investment Limited is actively seeking a Process & Shared Service Specialist to join their team in Accra, Ghana. This full-time position plays a key role in implementing and optimizing the Kingdee K3 ERP system, coordinating between multiple operational modules and ensuring regulatory compliance with both Ghanaian and Chinese standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle deployment, customization, and enhancement of Kingdee K3 ERP for operations in Ghana (Wassa & Mpohor), ensuring smooth integration between Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Asset Management modules.
  • Configure the ERP system to process transactions in dual currencies with automated exchange rate reconciliation.
  • Ensure real-time synchronization of data between the Ghana system and the financial systems at the Chinese headquarters, complying with PRC GAAP and Ghana tax laws.
  • Develop and manage API connections between the ERP and Chinese payment platforms, including Alipay Corporate, WeChat Enterprise Pay, and cross-border settlement mechanisms to expedite vendor payments and expatriate reimbursements.
  • Implement an approval workflow engine reflecting the company’s authorization hierarchy to reduce manual input and audit discrepancies.
  • Lead the transition from manual paper forms to fully digital, audit-ready process trails utilizing the ERP system's document management capabilities.
  • Create and maintain automated performance dashboards tracking key metrics like ticket closure rate, reimbursement speed, inventory turnover, and compliance deviations.
  • Maintain an operational risk register focused on cross-border service risks such as currency control, data sovereignty, and regulatory deadlines.
  • Perform monthly system audits for user access, approval integrity, and duty segregation violations using the ERP’s audit trail features.
  • Drive change management efforts to train Ghanaian personnel on digital workflows and ERP use, enhancing efficiency.
  • Act as the technical interface between Ghana operations and the headquarters’ IT team to resolve software issues, apply patches, and roll out new ERP modules aligned with corporate digital transformation strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Professional certification in Kingdee K3 ERP is highly desirable.
  • At least three years of practical experience working with supply chain, finance, or production modules within ERP environments.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) for effective communication with the Beijing headquarters.
  • Strong proficiency in English for local reporting and documentation purposes.
  • Understanding of Ghanaian labor laws, tax requirements, and supply chain compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to train local staff on ERP system usage.
