About the Role
Zuvay Technologies, a leader in solar manufacturing and green energy solutions with extensive experience across India, is seeking a skilled Process Exhaust Engineer. This full-time position is based in Noida but serves PAN India. The role demands expertise in designing, operating, and optimizing process exhaust and industrial ventilation systems to support efficient and compliant facility functioning. Candidates will benefit from experience in cleanrooms, semiconductor plants, manufacturing, laboratories, or similar industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, assess, and enhance exhaust and ventilation system designs.
- Conduct airflow and pressure calculations, choose appropriate equipment, and draft duct layouts.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment like fans, scrubbers, filters, and dampers to ensure proper system functioning.
- Guarantee adherence to safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with HVAC, Mechanical, EHS, Process, and Electrical teams during projects.
- Assist with installation, commissioning, validation, inspections, and system audits.
- Identify and implement energy-saving and process improvement measures.
- Document technical details, prepare reports, and oversee maintenance records.
- Support project planning, budgeting, vendor management, and supervise contractors.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HVAC Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Environment & Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in process exhaust systems, industrial ventilation, HVAC, or facility management.
- Preferred experience includes semiconductor, pharmaceutical, laboratory, data center, or electronics manufacturing environments.
- Expertise in system commissioning, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting is highly valued.
Technical Skills
- In-depth understanding of industrial ventilation and process exhaust design principles.
- Proficiency in airflow dynamics, duct design, pressure balancing, and contamination control.
- Knowledge of exhaust equipment: scrubbers, blowers, fans, filters, dampers, and controls.
- Familiarity with cleanroom standards, environmental laws, HVAC, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Competent in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, schematics, and technical specs.
- Strong grasp of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Soft Skills

Additional Information
The Process Exhaust Engineer will report directly to the Project Manager and be instrumental in ensuring process exhaust systems operate efficiently and safely within a variety of complex industrial settings.
