As part of this vision, the Process Associate plays a vital role in ensuring customer orders are delivered timely and with high quality, focusing on guiding and mentoring associates to follow standardized workflows emphasizing safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations effectively.
- Handle administrative tasks related to associates.
- Assign jobs to associates according to operational needs.
- Monitor and mentor associates on productivity, quality, and safety aspects.
- Oversee count statuses and resolve issues in the queues.
- Ensure shift quality and develop action plans accordingly.
- Design and implement training and development programs for associates.
- Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits at respective workstations.
- Act as a stand-in for the Area Manager when required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for over a year.
