Job Overview
The PRO Assistant role involves managing and maintaining all health and professional licensing for the medical facility, ensuring compliance with relevant UAE health authorities including DHA, SHA, and MOHAP. This position supports the STAT team with administrative and operational duties and guarantees that licensing activities continue seamlessly, even in case of absence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Overseeing the renewal and management of facility health licenses.
- Handling the issuance and renewal of professional licenses.
- Ensuring compliance with the regulations of DHA, SHA, and MOHAP agencies.
- Submitting applications, renewals, amendments, and complying with all regulatory demands via the official government platforms.
- Liaising with government authorities and attending in-person meetings as needed.
- Providing consistent administrative and operational assistance to the STAT team.
- Maintaining detailed licensing records and tracking important renewal deadlines.
- Supporting daily licensing tasks and covering for colleagues during their absence to maintain workflow continuity.
Qualifications and Preferences
- Practical experience working with DHA, SHA, and MOHAP licensing procedures.
- Familiarity with healthcare licensing rules and systems.
- Previous experience in a Public Relations Officer (PRO) capacity.
- Comfort interacting with governmental offices and officials.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Knowledge of MOHRE and ICP platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
