Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Private Cabin Crew member to provide exceptional inflight and on-ground services for an ultra-high-net-worth individual (UHNWI) family and their guests. The successful candidate will ensure the utmost standards of safety, privacy, and personalized hospitality for seamless and memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver superior hospitality and tailor services onboard.
• Implement strict safety protocols and manage emergency procedures carefully.
• Collaborate closely with flight deck and ground personnel to ensure smooth flight operations.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
• Ensure cabin cleanliness and passenger comfort are consistently upheld.
• Efficiently handle special dietary, medical, and personal requests.
• Perform thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections of the cabin.
• Offer personal assistance to the principal and family including schedule management, travel planning, packing/unpacking, and ground errands.
• Proactively respond to the specific needs and preferences of the principal and guests both inflight and on the ground.
• Respect cultural sensitivities and uphold privacy while supporting VIP requests.

Minimum Qualifications

• Holder of a valid Cabin Crew Attestation or License from GCAA, EASA, or an equivalent authority.
• At least three years of experience in VIP/private jet or luxury airline cabin service.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and first aid.
• Professional and well-groomed appearance with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
• Flexibility to travel internationally and adapt to irregular schedules.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience with Airbus A320 family or similar business jets.
• Familiarity with VIP and UHNWI service standards and etiquette.
• Preference given to candidates based in the UAE; relocation is optional for exceptional candidates.
• Multilingual abilities highly advantageous.
• Positive approach, adaptability, and team-oriented mindset.
