Role overview
We are looking for an energetic, target-focused Team Lead to manage a distribution lending function across Akure and Ore. The role is centered on growing the distributor base, getting new partners onboarded, and overseeing day-to-day portfolio performance for lending products and POS-related solutions.
Locations
Akure and Ore, Ondo State, Nigeria.
Compensation
The package includes a basic salary of 200,000, along with performance-based incentives and a conveyance fee.
What you will handle
- Lead the acquisition of distributors for lending offerings and POS solutions.
- Support the onboarding process for new distributor partners.
- Manage and grow the existing distributor portfolio.
- Maintain healthy portfolio performance while working toward team targets.
- Operate effectively in a performance-led, field-oriented environment.
Candidate profile
Applicants should hold an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline and bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, field marketing, agency banking, or financial services. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities are important, and familiarity with POS or payment systems will be a plus.
Additional information
This is a full-time onsite position based in Ore, with coverage also required for Akure. The role is suited to someone who can work under targets and contribute to business growth through distributor management and field execution.
