About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our premium corporate daycare center, responsible for educating children aged 2 to 4 years. This full-time position involves creating a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that supports early childhood development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct enjoyable and structured learning activities tailored for toddlers.
- Foster language development, social skills, and motor abilities in young learners.
- Maintain a secure and cheerful classroom environment conducive to growth.
- Communicate effectively with working parents regarding child progress.
- Monitor and document developmental milestones for each child.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori, or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT).
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in preschool teaching; however, fresh graduates with strong training in the field are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient English communication skills.
