Key Responsibilities

• Upkeep and maintenance of exterior grounds and all common areas both outside and inside the property.
• Assist with disposal of trash after move-outs when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of facilities including trash chutes, compactors, landscaping, parking areas, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and gutters.
• Ensure workspaces and maintenance shops are tidy and well-organized.
• Support in cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool area as needed.
• Post community communications such as notices to vacate, when applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to meet organizational needs.

Candidate Qualifications

• Preferred experience in grounds keeping, landscaping, and general maintenance or janitorial services.
• Familiarity with basic interior and exterior maintenance tools and cleaning equipment is required.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance and minor repairs is desirable.
• Necessary basic computer skills to carry out daily job functions.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Work schedule generally Monday to Friday; hours may vary. Availability for overtime and participation in an on-call rotation is expected.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crawl, climb stairs, and sustain upper and lower body movement.
• Driving onsite may be required.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions is part of the role.
