Role Overview
The Pool and Beach Attendant plays a key role in delivering guest satisfaction by addressing needs promptly and professionally. This position requires maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety around the beach and pool areas.
Primary Duties
- Attend promptly and courteously to all guest requests to enhance their experience.
- Comply fully with company grooming and dress standards.
- Provide warm and professional greetings to arriving guests and thank them upon departure.
- Report guest feedback and complaints to senior staff immediately.
- Be well-versed in service protocols and procedures.
- Properly prepare beach beds and cabanas as per specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of beach environments.
- Arrange beach setups with sunbeds, umbrellas, and supply fresh towels when required.
- Pack and fold umbrellas securely at closing time.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies and procedures.
- Immediately notify management of any suspicious or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Participate in all mandatory meetings as scheduled.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Completion of high school or vocational education in hospitality.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience working in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
