About the Business
Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield initiative of the Tata Group focused on manufacturing precision components. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd., it is developing India’s first AI-enabled, advanced semiconductor foundry. The facility is planned to manufacture chips for uses including power management ICs, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCUs), and high-performance computing logic, serving industries such as automotive, computing, data storage, wireless communications, and artificial intelligence.

Role Summary
This position supports program and project management activities for a heavy industrial project. The role focuses on planning, monitoring, and coordinating engineering and operational work to help ensure smooth execution at site.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking activities across all packages.
Support site monitoring of CSA, structural, and MEP works.
Work with cross-functional teams such as HVAC, electrical, cleanroom, and mechanical groups to help keep execution on schedule.
Maintain project records, status reports, and progress trackers.
Help coordinate with vendors, follow up on procurement, and support resource allocation.
Take part in site inspections, FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests), and audits.
Support risk identification, issue closure, and escalation handling.
Help ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and knowledge sharing.
Use MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to manage documentation and reporting.
Essential Attributes
Applicants should have experience in program and project management activities within heavy industrial projects.
Qualifications
BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
6 to 12 years of relevant experience.
