Key Responsibilities

  • Take lead or assist in creating and updating integrated project timelines covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness phases.
  • Develop both overarching and detailed schedules incorporating assumptions, productivity metrics, calendars, constraints, and perform schedule health assessments.
  • Organize planning meetings with cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to harmonize schedules, resolve conflicts, and facilitate decision-making.
  • Perform schedule risk evaluations, outline contingencies, and aid in mitigation strategies.
  • Apply and oversee schedule controls, progress monitoring, and resource-loaded scheduling using designated tools and platforms.
  • Coordinate with cost and estimating teams to ensure scheduling aligns with budgeting, forecasting, and execution strategies.
  • Assess and validate schedules submitted by third parties ensuring compliance with project standards.
  • Deliver regular updates on schedule performance including trends and scenario analyses through dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Lead or contribute to special initiatives, process enhancements, and the creation of project management resources like tools, templates, and procedures.
  • Design and maintain executive dashboards and data visualizations utilizing Power BI and other platforms, integrating information from multiple systems.
  • Support training efforts and promote best practices in planning and scheduling throughout the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing large-scale capital projects across various phases, ideally in the Data Center sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of project controls, planning, and construction management with advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project software.
  • Expertise in creating and managing resource- and cost-loaded schedules, integrating them with cost control systems for earned value analyses, manpower planning, and S-curve development.
  • Experience conducting schedule risk analyses including quantitative assessments, contingency and reserve management.
  • Familiarity with commissioning, qualification, validation (CQV) planning, system turnover, and ensuring operational readiness in technically complex environments.
  • Proven capability to unify cost, schedule, risk, and change management via consistent coding schemes and rigorous data governance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and adapt to both on-site and remote work settings.
