The organization is known for technical quality, innovation, and responsiveness, and it works across major infrastructure assignments including railway construction, pathways, earthwork, embankments, bridges, signaling, telecommunications, and overhead electrification.
Role Overview
The company is hiring a Planning Engineer for its corporate office in Hyderabad. This position focuses on building and managing project schedules, tracking progress, identifying risks, supporting delay analysis, and coordinating with project stakeholders to keep execution on track.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves preparing baseline schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans with planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. The engineer will monitor actual progress against planned targets and costs, evaluate project performance, and estimate revised completion dates.
Additional duties include spotting scheduling risks and bottlenecks early, keeping detailed project documentation, and supporting delay analysis whenever disruptions occur. The position also requires participation in progress review meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, as well as coordination of final inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. The engineer will also help prepare as-built schedules and closeout reports to capture key learnings at project completion.
Additional Requirements
This opportunity is intended for male candidates only. Applicants should currently be working with a company whose turnover exceeds 300 crore. Site visits are mandatory whenever required by the project.
Compensation
The offered CTC is stated as per market standards, with a pay range of INR 6,50,000 to INR 11,00,000 per year mentioned in the listing.
