Picker / Packer

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to fill the Picker & Packer positions at our Blinkit Dark Store located in Goa, India. This role involves accurately selecting items as per customer orders, securely packing them, and aiding in the seamless day-to-day functioning of the warehouse. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be imparted upon joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully pick products accurately in line with customer orders.
• Efficiently and securely pack items for dispatch.
• Assist in organizing and storing incoming inventory.
• Conduct regular audits and verification of stock items.
• Help with the loading and unloading of goods as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the warehouse.
• Adhere to company standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt fulfillment of orders.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th grade pass.
• Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.
• Basic communication abilities and capability to work within a team.
• Availability and willingness to work in rotational shift patterns.
• Physically fit to perform warehouse-related tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹17,000 to ₹22,000, based on location.
• Joining bonus of up to ₹5,000.
