About the Company and Position
D Mart is seeking motivated individuals to join as Store Associates in various Bangalore locations including Yelahanka, Hennur, Hoodi, Bommasandra, Rayasandra, Kodathi, C.K. Palya, Vajarahalli, and others. This role involves picking and packing customer orders as well as supporting general store operations.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly take-home salary of ₹18,300

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders
- Restocking and organizing products on shelves
- Assisting customers in finding products when needed
- Maintaining cleanliness and order within the store
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
- Adhering to safety protocols and company operational standards
- Supporting various store tasks as required during daily operations
