Job Overview
The role of Customer Service Associate (Picker & Packer) involves efficiently selecting customer orders, packaging them in line with company standards, and ensuring prompt and precise order completion. This position demands maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from store shelves based on customer order details.
- Inspect products for quality, quantity accuracy, and expiry dates before packing.
- Securely pack items to avoid damage during delivery.
- Complete orders correctly and ensure their timely handover.
- Restock shelves and maintain product availability.
- Assist customers by guiding them to products and answering inquiries.
- Keep the store and packing areas clean and hygienic.
- Adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory and food safety protocols.
- Support inventory verification and stock audit activities.
- Collaborate with delivery partners to facilitate smooth dispatch operations.
- Use handheld devices or order management software when necessary.
- Comply with company-standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
Candidate Eligibility
- Minimum educational qualification: completion of 10th standard; passing 12th standard preferred.
- Open to freshers and candidates with prior experience.
- Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and communication.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and carrying products.
- Availability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong attention to detail.

Compensation and Terms
The offered monthly salary ranges from 12,500 to 15,000 INR. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
