Pest Control Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a trainee or qualified pest and termite technician to join our team servicing clients in the Darwin and remote Katherine regions. No previous experience is required as comprehensive in-house training will be provided. This role suits individuals who enjoy delivering excellent customer service, working independently on the road, meeting new people, and maintaining high standards in pest control.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a current and valid Australian open or full driver's license.
• Ability to drive a manual vehicle is advantageous but not essential.
• Eligibility to work full-time in Australia.
• Interest in pest control or related industry experience.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to build and manage client relationships.
• Effective oral and written communication for internal and client interactions.
• Physically fit and capable of working autonomously while driving long distances.
• High attention to detail to uphold quality standards and meet targets.
• Ability to consistently comply with client and company safety protocols.
• Competent in using mobile phone service apps or tablets.
• Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check successfully.
