Role Overview

The Personal Shopper acts as a frontline representative in sales and retail settings, delivering highly personalized service and expert guidance to individual customers. This role demands in-depth understanding of products, services, and prevailing trends to offer tailored shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Encourage customers to repeatedly visit the store and make purchases by nurturing relationships through calls, emails, mail, and face-to-face interactions.
• Guide each client through their shopping journey, recommending products and services aligned with their preferences by providing advice on current fashion trends, personalized image makeovers, and customized buying.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after sales by performing timely follow-ups and fulfilling commitments to sustain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain appointment frequency and contribute to sales growth through suggestive selling and upselling, leveraging expertise in customer preferences and available offerings.
• Strive to increase both the number of items per transaction and the average transaction value.
• Inform non-members about membership programs and actively promote the enrollment in premium membership cards.

Eligibility

Applicants should have completed at least 12th grade. Candidates holding degrees related to Fashion, Retail, Aviation, Hospitality, or similar industries are preferred.
